Although the content varies week by week in each training session Onside Coaches will generally have component parts that feature on a consistent basis. For example, an Onside training session will usually include a short segment on ball mastery, small sided games, a skill exercise and a match, plus a warm up of some nature. The order of these parts may change so potentially the warm up could be a small sided game as the players arrive and ball mastery could be at the end of the session.
