Before looking at the Onside model of coaching we want to introduce you first to a legendary American basketball coach by the name of John Wooden.  A committed Christian, Wooden had an extraordinarily successful coaching career, winning many trophies and accolades, but it his attitude that makes him stand out.  The following clip is taken from one of his presentations during the TED Talk series.  We hope that you find it interesting.  Once you have watched the video please move on to the next page where you will find eight characteristics which we feel are vital for every coach to possess.
